Learning a new role

So i recently started trying to learn to play a new role of adc. I play support main but i also play top and jg with a small amount of mid normally but adc has always been a rough spot for me. I'm just more than annoyed right now as i have just received my first ever punishment in 4 years of playing league and it was being called as unsportsmanlike like behavior. I'm aware that i'm pretty bad at adc but my team berated me all game and i tried playing it out til the end regardless. I was tilted for sure but even tilted i don't talk bad on my team because whats the point? Make someone feeling bad feel worse? This incident only brings back to mind my friend getting banned because he got stupid lucky on a few hooks, besides being a decent thresh player, that landed on a twitch while in stealth. Several people in the game reported him and his account got banned for using unauthorized 3rd party help. The thing is i was there in person with him when it happened and there was no hacking to it. Just dumb luck. So i'm pretty irritated by the state of how reports are managed. I know this post isn't going to do anything terribly helpful for the system but putting it out there makes me feel a bit better. Rant over.
