1 click = 1 action correct?

so call me a %%%% or whatever or band wagon teemo hater but I just had a match with a teemo who had a macro which upon auto attacking they always laughed, upon placing a shroom they flashed their MR[(which was 7)pretty sure this dude is the type of person who tries to tilt the enemy so they can win], and upon using Q it was always a joke or taunt(it flip flopped between the two). Now i get the game is meant for "casual fun" but tbh is this even allowed it's not the biggest hindrance but I have 2 choices either mute character volume, or just deal with this type of BM which I'd prefer the latter. Edit: So apparently this isn't bannable but if you can't beat em join em I'll be looking up how to do this as well considering it does seem fun and dives into the psychology of league
