It isn't "fun" to play with people who don't try

I don't care if it's norms, going 2-23 bot is not acceptable, and not fun for your team to play with. You aren't trying, you are just fighting and dying over and over. Then refusing to surrender. This is what creates toxicity (I wasn't toxic btw).

My Rumble and Yorick decided to flame me for not having a turret at 12 min, while bot was 0-15 by 12 min. This is the stuff that makes people angry, and causes them to lash out. I'm stuck in a game with people who have no concept of logic, and no respect for their teammates time. I'm forced to continue playing a losing game, for no reason other than 2 ppl on my team think they are punishing me for saying anything about a 0-15 bot. Why is it an expectation to have ppl not say a word about their bad play? At 8 min I typed "why is bot 0-11?" Then, for the rest of the game I was flamed. This is toxic, in the true meaning of the word.

"why is bot 0-11?" is toxic. Maybe it shouldn't be, but as the community stands now, it's toxic, because you are pointing out a negative and obvious fact with no intent to be helpful. At best, you are letting your top lane know about it (but why?), if for some reason he's been too absorbed with his lane to notice. And at worst you are teasing botlane for their poor performance, which they are probably a little sensitive about. Again, maybe they shouldn't be sensitive about it, but reality is what it is, and you can't just expect people to get over it so that you are allowed to play the blame game.

2-23 bot lanes are not a thing that can be fixed. Your attitude about them can be, though. (Of course, your Rumble and Yorick flaming you for it, are even more toxic.)

(Dragging out clearly lost games is certainly something I hate too, but I've already beaten that dead horse in other threads)

Something you mentioned bothers me even more than the people going 0-20, the people in game that try to blame shit on you like you said asking why you haven't taken a turret yet when bot lane is feeding out their asses. I don't know if they're premade trying to stick up for each other or what but it doesn't make any sense at all. One player alone is pretty much costing our team the game, and some guy on your team has the nerve to insult your build or other small issues, and then act like someone going 0-20 is not a big deal.

This seems to always happen when I get someone who seems like they're intentionally feeding. Guy will constantly just walk into the enemy, fire a skill or two, not run at all, then die, repeat until he has like 0-10+, people start flaming him or even politely asking him 'play safe' and his friend or premade will start insulting your build etc. for the rest of the game, and may even try to somehow convince the team it's your fault you lost.

And then sometimes they even try to blame their own feeding on you. The amount of times this has happened to me as support is ASTOUNDING: Guy goes in 1v3/1v4 after our team has gone elsewhere, I notice he is in serious danger so I come help him as support Soraka/Morg, etc. 'SORAKA WTF HELP ME DUMBASS' 'Teammate has been slain' 'FUCK SORAKA LOST US GAME'

sorry but you cant control everyone. you had better find a way to have fun in losing games or you are going to suffer a lot. there is no way to force people to try to win. people are going to play however they want.

That's part of a tactic called "minimizing". Its a form of trolling, and it includes saying things like "oh its just a game" as an excuse for this kind of behavior.

This is also a matchmaking problem. Maybe if this happened once every 25-30 games, but to happen every 3-4 during lost streak? That's a huge problem.

I agree completely. My opinion? Draft is the more serious mode, think of it as pre-ranked. Blind is the more casual mode. You playing Teemo support? Then don't play with the people expecting quality games. I feel bad for regions without draft.

I'm very sorry you had to go through that. Thanks for coming here and expressing your opinion instead of flaming in-game!

I hope a few people see and acknowledge this pain without giving up, even when losing lane.

i dont care if ur going 2/23 its when u give up and resort to making the game miserable even more by riting a whole essay about how everyones bad/ ff20 and stuff like that and dont even try to catch up or listen to advice is when i get mad

This last week have been horrible. Fine I'm only low silver. But many of my games lately is completely going bonkers before the ten minute mark.

I had three games in a row the other day, in which were down like 12-1 at 8 minutes. And at that point my team starts to flame eachother. I've stopped typing at all in chat, it never helps no matter what you say anyway.

So all I can do now, is to sit and wait for us to lose. And this might take up to 45 minutes since the enemy team have no interest in ending the game. They are fed and are having a blast killing us over and over! And my team mates refuses to surrender, just to fuck with eachother.

Why have I've been seeing so much more of this lately? I'm not asking for for higher skill in my games. I am too silver and for a reason. But why do players feed so much? In so little time? Can't they at least try to make the game enjoyable?

Of course I understand that finding a solution for this is hard. I just wanted to speak my mind.
