I got banned after only 1 warning

This is my second account I've payed USD For skins, boosts, & icons yet I get banned when someone provokes me and calls me out in game then wants to report me after on both accounts? Did the people who were being just as negative to me from the get go & reported me get banned? Did any of the people I reported for intentional feeding, harrassment, negativity get banned? I doubt it but I get banned? I saw the chat logs. Ive seen worse throughout my 5 plus years of playing how can I get un-banned? Because I really don't wanna start over a second time especially not over being provoked by other players in the community or being paired up with people I know I don't deserve to be matched up with. I don't see any of the logs from when I wasn't being "toxic" & actually supported my team & played nice because they weren't making dumb decisions & listened when they were asked to be careful or not to feed. I only got one warning suspension. On my old account it took several suspensions to get to a permanent ban.

You can get your punishment escalated if they have to manually audit your case and find excessive/extreme toxic behavior such as hate speech and death threats. If your ban was not a mistake, they will not remove it. I suggest sharing your chat logs here. If you think the ban was a mistake you can contest it through a Support Ticket.

I believe I do a pretty good job of controlling myself. I help my team & try explaining to them ways to get better & support my team even when they do bad yet when someone else decides to rage & starts being negative to others or to me & I respond I got banned I've only had this account for about 2 months...

You admitted to responding to them so either you couldn't control yourself or actively chose not to. You seem to be under the impression that responding to someone else being negative changes anything about the situation, but it doesn't.

I'd love to see you let someone be rude or offensive to you and ignore it. I Know it takes an awful lost to get banned. I did no where near enough. Literally 5 days after coming back from a 14 day suspension which, was my first and only warning. I got banned. That's a bit much.

I've played this game since season 1. I doubt you have seen anything I haven't.

You couldn't even behave for a week after a 14 day ban. Why would anyone think anything is going to change at that point?

Actually, I've played tons of games with toxic people, they've shared interesting and helpful tips like telling me to end my life, or contact a gene mutation that leads to death, they've asked me to fellate them and wished sexuality's assault upon my female family members...

I just play the game - a number of which I've personally swung the game to a win - and then reported them after.

You only have so many fingers, so I'd you are using them to type, you probably aren't using them enough to focus on the game and are therefore taking away from your own performance.

Back then riot was too lenient with you. Now they're still too lenient with you. You're fully aware of the terms, agreed to them, then proceeded to break them. I'd say first offense should result in perma ban, but that's just my opinion and riot is obligned to take neither mine nor your opinions into consideration.

I know right, it's like no one reads this line in the TOS.
