Should chat banned players get their honor out of level 1?

So I've been grinding ranked and I rank in a toxic player that started inting . So of course I started to be tilted, he continued to flame me but i didn't flame back, i kept my cool and didn't rage. Then after the game i told (Normally because I hate inters) : "Lucian get cancer :)". That is the "Game 1". Then here is the "Game 2". In the second game I played normal Garen too and we had an Kindred jungle that was invading their red. And she said: "Come help me" Then I replied with "What price?" and when i came to leash her she said "hah get scammed u fat fuck" than I jokingly said "i'll fuck you" and the i said "lol jk". And I got banned for saying 1 bad word!? ~~ I mean there are players that I know that constantly flame and don't get banned and they deserve it , I've never said a bad word seriously i immediately replied with "jk" and "lol" "hope i didn't offend you".

it's pretty unlikely the chat bot would give you a restriction if you only send one negative thing. if you post your full logs, we can point out everything wrong with them.

If the player has shown the system that they are reformed, their honors would unlock.

You are clearly bullshitting us lmao. Instead of explaining what you said why didn't you just show the full chat logs in the in-game player reform card? It's very rare to get banned for saying 1 word buddy. I don't buy it.
