Your best bet to get more information is to submit a support ticket. Riot only responds to a small portion of threads on the forums and there is nothing anyone else can do for you with this.

My typical response time from support has been about 1 day.

A quick googling shows that you are having credit card issues. You tried to buy RP and it didn't go through, so you've been banned untili t gets resolved.

huh.. i think my violation is when we pick a champ i just said im high then after the game we win i off pc cuz i going to sleep then in the morning i just receive the message in google that my account was ban.. i dint buy RP that time
