Teamwork/Communication

I personally find that many teams (especially in the low tier) have many problems with communication as in planning when to attack, who does what, and if anyone needs assistance. I find that the community really lacks in this area and maybe finding a way to enforce communication and teamwork amongst teams would greatly increase the chances of winning.
