I personally find that many teams (especially in the low tier) have many problems with communication as in planning when to attack, who does what, and if anyone needs assistance. I find that the community really lacks in this area and maybe finding a way to enforce communication and teamwork amongst teams would greatly increase the chances of winning.
Awkward Couch2 votesYup totally agree, and that's why a lot of people have advocated for a voice chat system. I don't know if it would work in League though, especially when you have 5 different players who want to shout call.
iTooFabulous1 votesThats what I was thinking even though many still don't have a mic or won't use it, it could still help with communication. But with that of course you will still have flamers mic spamming and etc. most people don't have the balls to say half the stuff they do when you can hear their voice, it is easy to hide behind the keyboard.

iTooFabulous1 votesMuting is more of a last resort for a flamer and I am not a fan of muting because sometimes it can lead to even less communication among the team.
