14 day ban for some bull

My entire team was feeding and being horrible. the other team was trash talking to me so i had to retaliate. they were calling me bad because i couldn't kill a fed zed. every one on my team kept trying to surrender but i wanted to make a comeback so 1 or 2 people left. i stayed and took my fair share of rude and mean comments towards me and i get out of the game and it tells me i have been banned for 14 days!! for a little bit of smack talk. hello its a competitive game... and when my team is horrible and they leave but i try my best and i get a ban. wtf kinda system in this.

"so i had to retaliate" - You did not have to do anything. You can easily type /mute @(champ name).

"i stayed and took my fair share of rude and mean comments towards me" because you failed to use the tools given to you (mute, ping mute) to prevent yourself from having to see those.

"a little bit of smack talk" - let's see your full chat logs provided in your reform card and we'll point out exactly where you went above and beyond "a little bit of smack talk".

@RiotTantram can you come and help explain to the OP why he was punished?
