Permaban i recieved at 8 pm Eastern Time

Just curious on how a 3-4 week old player like me, who only played Coop vs Ai mode cause im learning the final tweaks of the game...get suddently banned, cause i was having laptop issues on where a dll wasnt found, n yet ITS A PERMANENT BAN...FOR LIKE 800 YEARS!!!! Is this actually a way of greeting your new players into your game? given ive been a vet player at many mmorpgs like WoW, D2, D3, Elder Scroll, FF, etc...

I know the rules and ive always abided by them, ive always started n finished a match and try to be helpful with teamwork, even if i die more ocasionally certain games, then i get the LOL and LMAO but yet you dont see me yell or discriminate them or report them for unlawful behavior towards such a rookie when you see Pros with Multiple accounts running around.

Ive been fair and i demand for my ticket to be looked at...seriously ive been waiting over 3 Hours....if this is a way were gonna start dealing with the reporting flawed system, then id suggest youd want to try n do something to make up for this if it is a screw up. From what i see im not the only one in the forums that want answers...

Im lvl 14, got 9 champions and they were earned with every minue and hrs i put into it,

If you have already sent in a support ticket, then just wait patiently. It normally takes 24-48 hrs to get a response, as they are swamped.

FYI, common direct permaban reasons are the following:

  • unauthorized 3rd party program usage
  • account charge back (will be released when payment is cleared)
  • purchase of account
  • Account sharing
  • Temporary suspension for security reasons (hacked, will be released after answering security questions)
  • Unauthorized name (will be released after name change)
  • impersonating Riot employees.

EDIT: you can also post the year you are suspended till, that is a actually a code to differentiate what you were banned for.

none of the direct permabans are the reason as my account was verified and sole owner, i dont share accounts, ive played games where account were played 24 hrs n you cant keep up, so i just plain dont disobey.

Ticket has been submitted so i patiently await the reason, as i really am not at any fault... sad how i lost playing time today for this non sense

Looks like a temporary suspension due to security reasons. AKA you were hacked.

You failing the fraud check means that you answered some questions incorrectly, as those question's answer should only be known by the owner of the account.

not even, no one knows my account pass or security questions but me, and i wasnt even asked a security question yet, ive been patiently waiting for 13 fucking hours, im seriously getting pissed off thinking that by the time id get up in the am this would be resolved,

This is really starting to get pathetic, I want to play not sit on my ASS n do nothing, Like i said i lost valuable time last night and ihope they make up for it.

Everything was done according to the rules since the creation of my account, n yet i got banned for no useless resaon, its a shame on Riot members as this reporting system is out of hand, first time i have to deal with this shit n its certainly not helping my gaming experience or ensighting me to want to play more after this screw up.

Wake up Riot, you guys got innocent people here n your runing your game experience. Y dont you guys stop multi account players on LOL so we can actually play with people who are also earning and not get bashed cause we sometimes have a hard time depending on the game state.

and also, if the system thinks i was hacked then they are wrong lol, ive only played Leagues on this pc, and yesterday when i was getting those issues i spoke about them to my bro in law who is a Diamon 3 League, 5 year vet he is,

And even him he said that there has to be a fuckup somewhere cause theres no way i shouldve been punished this hard for something i didnt commit or do onpurpose. Im just curious on wether or not the system has been like this for a while? or was it incorporated in a new patch recently? Shedding some light why the reporting system is so screwed is just ruining the experience of those Who want to learn and play by the rules.

Now im curious as is this gonna be part of a first offense when in reality it wasnt?

It's entirely possible someone has been trying to access your account, and they have suspended the account to protect it rather than stop you from accessing it.

this ia what is says in the email that mysterously went to my junk email. There is a red bold under the sender from which is [email protected]

Says...This sender failed our fraud detection checks and may not appear to be who they are. So how is it, that a truste game and company, send you an email on a supposivly violation when it cant even go in my inbox like the other emails like my 1 purchase transaction i see in my email that went into my inbox...

this is only thing i got in junk email and has no explanation other than when submited ticket, it did go to my inbox, so wtf. NO ONE ELSE IS USING MY ACCOUNT!!!! 14 hrs and counting, i should just take legal actions, maybe they'd wake to to the reality of these problems.

I went into the mail, which came in my junk cause of fraud check didnt pass, so weird how it ended there when all other mails went into inbox. Just says i supposivly violated terms of agreement... i had a connectivity problem earlier this afternoon where i ended up with a dll lost due to a pc cleanup.

after char selection screen i got the error without goint to the match page for which bots you were gonna face...so im guessing my player idled while i was reinstalling the client from scratch

cant believe i wasted almost of month of my time on this piece of garbage game, everything goes as smooth as a womans butt up until yesterday, then i get this screw up and been on a 17 hr wait already,

im a parent and sumtimes real life calls bro, im not just a dumb 15 year old trying to ridicule a random person thinking hes tuff, i went 3-4 days without playing cause The Big boys have to actually do someting more productive in life, rather than dealing with this god damn bullshit for the time i put in that actually count!

I understand the frustration, but it's entirely possible this ban wasn't targeted at you. Your ban said "account permanently suspended" and not "permanently banned." From what I understand, suspensions are due to suspicious account activity/bot activity.

Bad enough i still havent played the intermediate lvl, so i still have a ways to go, just sux of this stalling topic.

Many, many bots just go to co-op vs ai. I have played a co-op vs ai game where I was the only non bot player.

So, the good news and bad news are the same: I don't think anyone has seen the 2900 ban code before this week. From what little evidence we have, this likely is an overturnable ban. In other words, Riot doesn't intend to have you banned permanently, just that they are seeing something strange and don't want it to happen while they figure out what it is.

Edit: If you do find out what it is, please tell us, so that we can help others who also receive a 2900 ban.

once i can get clarification on what happened then i will surely share all the info i can, despite the fact that i did not do anything wrong that is why im standing my ground on this matter, tbh, like i said earlier in another post, their banning system to me doesnt care if ifts you or an elite player, itll ban you without determinating right from wrong when your actions can actually be justifiable BEFORE getting the ban, not Ban first then ask questions later,

Like it was mentionned, i had plenty of time last night i could spent on here but i guess RIOT isnt in a hurry atm, only been waiting 17+ hrs and to be honest, if the admins really cared about us it wouldnt take this damn long to resolve these issues if they know it wasnt intended. Yet make us waste our time deliberating on what the hell is going on.

I want to play Now i want to play today not tomorrow, ive put in so much time with lots of respect given up to this point, They need to take their feedback system and shove it up their asses for a while and let the players play so we can rank up tiers. Ive been reading about trolls and premaids and what not and i can clearly see everything has gone to hell, do you honestly think im gonna start to go pvp when the game is this screwed up? i dont think so

I received the same ban and had it overturned after submitting a ticket. They stated it was a proactive ban due to possible questionable activity (very vague) but after review unbanned me and gave me an IP boost. So it definitely is a ban that can be overturned and the player should submit a ticket.

I had the same ban code of 2900 received last week on Friday and it was a permaban. I did submit a ticket to Riot and was contacted Monday. They said it was a proactive ban due to questionable behavior but after reviewing my account they unbanned me and game me a 10 ip boost for the trouble. If you haven't submit a ticket and paste a copy of the email that they sent you and hopefully it'll get overturned.

It's probably a ban caused by the recent bot banwave. They might have found you to be extremely similar to a bot (for some stupid reason, this happens sometimes), so I would definitely go get it checked out.

thats what my bro in law said that they usually do ban waves and who ever would potentially get red flagged then they get to deal with this stuff, came to look at the forums first before ooking at the ticket, theres an aware problem from what i see with the patcher or something so im guess alot of people are not at fault.

just sux i lost all that playing time trying to delegate this situation, hopefully all goes well today...

supposivly based on a short period of time i wouldve been a toxic player in coop vs ai...how lame lol, the only thing support told me so far in the ticket was that they were gonna escalate this matter to a PB Specialist, and they should be in contact with me soon, hopefully i will be getting good news soon :(

just curious on how i would flame at coop vs ai when its only for practice lol, thats what i dont get, like ivce said before, befing cooperative n help when the bots make a strong push and converge to rally a win and etc,

doesnt matter how much you will try to help some people will think they're better than you and tell you off for trying to help but then you get reported for being offensive or what not, and other scenarios that can come within this group of miss communication.

If people wouldnt be so god damn busy reporting everyone and give the new players a chance to play, maybe alot of newcomers whouldnt be this pissed off when dealing with these issues cause the others only look after themselves, they will bash you in game and all n yet your the one getting reported and banned without fault.

Seems to me like more payers get banned then the ones who play with lots of harmful thoughts and get away with it, is not right
