The fact that I can get a notice saying I was reported on several instances for "verbal abuse/harassment/offensive language" almost proves that people are NOT checking the actual reports. It's borderline silly really.
The irony is that I actually MUTE the annoying people in game.

The report notification popup's only purpose is to notify you that an above average number of reports have been made against you. It does not signify you are going to be punished, or that the reports are valid or invalid. They have not been verified by the system yet, but will be once they reach the threshold for punishment; any reports found to be falsely made will not hurt you, and those people will lose weight in their future reports.
Basically, if you've done nothing wrong then you have nothing to worry about. Let me know if you have any questions.

So them informing u that u are reported more than usual lately is "flawed system"?
This is the 1000th time I tell people that notices won't get you banned..... They will check your chatlogs manually before any actual punishment occurs
