I know we can't transfer our content like skins and champs, but can Riot send me a list of my friends? I don't remember all their names (some are spelled weird). Don't get me wrong I'd love to have my account back, but at the very least how do I get my friends names off my friends list?
trust me... noone of your "friends" (besides irl friends) want to play with you when you are perma banned.
Remember that a perma-ban means that Riot no longer wants you to play in the LoL community. They aren't terribly likely to offer you tools to rejoin the community that they just threw you out of.

While I can see your point... if they are worthwhile friends, they'll find you. I know there's some people I'd seek if they got banned or something. If they don't come looking for you then it's not even worth it... just start adding new people.
