Summoner Name

There is a issue which i think should be solved by Riot. some of the important Summoners name were picked by people, but those accounts were not being played for 1-2 years. even thou , the summoner level of those id's are not even close to level 30. but there are many active users who want those names. besides , i don't think the people who created those accounts will ever play league ( since they didn't played for many years). so i think Riot should erase those inactive accounts and give us a chance to pick those names. i mean who loves to insert some numbers with their summoners name !
