Banned for no reason

Hi, guyz, i haven't played a lot of league recently because i study, and i don't have enough time to play very often , last night i noticed something really weird, firstly let me tell you when i played last matches on 10 march 2017 i've played around 3 games wich was an win-win for me , and on 12 march night, when i tried to log in into my account , i got this messages wich says" your account was permanently banned,blah,blah..." i checked out my e-mail and apperently the reason was that i used 3d party programs or smth like that, for sintance i just got freeze looking on the screen and didn't know what to do, after that i send an ticket to riot in wich i asked to tell me the proof that they have for using those type of programs, guys i can ensure you i'm the only one to have acces to my account and i'm 100% sure that i didn't used any tipe of programs, yet again they responded to me telling me the exact same thing wich they told my automatically in the e-mail , and i told them to proof me otherwaise i will have to sue them for banning me for no reason, and they just closed my tichet because i said that if they don't proof me why i'm banned i will sue them, my question for you guys is, 1.Did anybody got banned for no reason? 2.it was a waste of money and time for me, does anybody know what should i do? to sue them or get recovry of my account? Ty guyz!

The only thing you can do is to reply to the ticket and POLITELY ask for your case to be reviewed. If the review still finds you guilty then that's it. Threatening to sue/etc has no weight in your case, as you agreed to the EULA and Terms of service when you joined and clicked "ok" to the TOS popup every single patch.

To be fair, if he wanted to sue he still could. He won't, because there's no way he had the money or time for that. Lots of ToS's get rectified in court because a lot of them don't follow laws correctly.

Just like it you go to a hockey and get hit with a puck or shattered glass - you can still sue even though their tickets usually say they aren't reliable.

Yeah, for sure, but the OP threatening to sue isn't exactly going to make the support staff want to help him/her even if they could. It just makes the OP look like an entitled brat.

I understand the frustration, but such matters should be handled delicately.

see you, i asked them poletly to review my ban and they just don't seem to want to do so, i don't get it, how they expect to preserve game and his players and just don't care about anyone, i m a player from the end of the s3 and this is what i get? an unexpected no rez ban? wtf rito

^This is "politely ask them" hmmm.

Forget that though, Lets go back to the start. What was your original problem? You mentioned freezing and the like. Do you have windows 10? Do you have any programs at all (antivirus, etc.) that could interact with League? Are there any games which you don't recognize in your match history?

I remember reading an article awhile back about people filing lawsuits for being banned without cause... just something I randomly ran across. Basically it depends on the law in the state you live in. Some states have laws recently added that basically say if you pay for something on say a game, (a skin on league of legends for instance) and are banned. They have to show proof for the ban etc.. since it would be keeping you from what is now classified as your property even if its a pixel image, you still payed for it. The chances are that most companies don't really give a shit seeing how 99.99% of the world would never waste the time or money it would take to file such a suit.
