I was a Victim of a Troll

So I came home from a night out with my wife and daughter on Halloween. I decided to jump in a few games of ranked because I love the game and it sometimes it helps me relieve stress (ironic since it causes me stress also.) I get into champ select only to get a Nunu support. I lock in Varus. I don't say anything in champ select because he had already locked in. At this point I'm a little upset but not much I can do. I really did not feel like dodging so I just went through with the champ select. We're now in-game and I begin to cs as normal. Nunu support then decides it's time to start fighting and dies. He continues to do so for another 3 deaths or 2. I tell him to stop. I'm trying to keep my cool. Keeps trying to fight and dies more. At this point I was getting really upset considering the fact that he was building full AP and not one single support item. I went to his na.op.gg and noticed he had played Braum and Nami support and won those games. That's when I got even more upset and asked to myself "why did this guy go full AP Nunu support if he had just won with 2 real supports?" Out of complete frustration I called him a %%%got twice. The game was over and we had lost. His final score was 3/14/7 and mine was 7/9/4. I got into the lobby with the rest of the players and I immediately sent in a report on Nunu for trolling, feeding, and not wanting to communicate with the team. His IGN is saiken and mine is Köibito. If you went and searched up our names you can see that he is still playing the game and I'm permanently banned. I was schocked that right after that game I was the one permanently banned. It was legit not even 5 minutes after the game that I got the message that I was perm banned. I quickly rushed over to submit a ticket only to get some person named Mama Meep that only brought up my past bans and didn't even acknowledge the fact that I had a troll. My first ban this year was because my family was using up the wifi so I typed in chat (because one of my friends was duo'ing with me and couldn't use voice comms) that my %%%%%% n word family was hogging up the wifi. After that game I got a two week ban. Couple months later I had more trolls in my game and I started to spam the n word. That ban I'm okay with because I was being a racist ignorant man. But this ban is because I lashed out at a troll. My ticket was closed after I asked to just be permanently muted. I told him/her that I don't troll games, I don't intentionally feed, and I don't excessively curse my teammates out. My bans were all months apart so I am not excessively toxic. I play the game the way it is intended and if I get auto filled I just play a real support. My ban is completely unfair and I just want to keep playing the game on my account. I have been playing since season 4 and I've spent hundreds of dollars on this game. I love this game and it is the only one that I ever play. Hopefully I get some players that are willing to see that I'm just a genuine guy that enjoys League but not when it's ruined by some guy trying to be funny and get reactions. He definitely got my reaction and I fell for it. I really do apologize for my actions, but a permanent ban is not fair.
