Hey Guys :)! I was recently banned on my new account, TopOfLobby. It was the account i made after my main Takesl1l2win was banned. So, i have been reading that you need to have warning to be perm banned but i was permanent banned without a suspension like 2 days or 2 weeks on takesl1l2win. All i got was you have been perm banned, I did have some chat banns prior but never a small suspension. Now on to my other account TopofLobby, yes i can be very salty in games but i usually apologize and have a great game after (not saying I'm good or anything). Well after a game one day i got 2 week banned, then perm banned after. And i believe i deserve a second chance, I have been being a better sport and trying to be better but it's frustrating when a master yi hit's q and 1 hits me when I'm 15 kills up. Now agway's off that topic, I've spent 500 dollars total on all these accounts and 100 on this one because i really do try to help out Riot because i believe they're a great company. It is just that i think i can be a better player and really just want my account TopOfLobby back. If you guy's have any idea of what i can do, would be very appreciated. Thanks :D

Wow, I don't even know what you would have to say in chat to get perma-banned, I know someone who literally tells people to drink bleach, hang themselves and he'll tie the knot, threatens and actually does DDoS, and generally wishes cancer and death upon people and the best he's gotten is the "you've been reported for inappropriate language" popup. If that doesn't even warrant a chat ban, I don't know how you'd straight to a perma ban.

OK, so here's how it's gonna go I didn't swear once. And I get reported for offensive language?? Ok, and how weren't my teammates ever reported for saying get cancer and kill your self, when I never said anything like that. So RIOT its gonna go like this , I pay 500 dollars to help you guys out and get treated like a piece of dog shit. I really don't care about the money I lost I just care about how when I make a ticket or when I email I get no response. Thanks for nothing.

This is untrue. You can be perma-banned without any previous punishments if your behavior is severe enough. You can also skip individual punishment levels.

A perma-ban is a perma-ban. You were warned many times on both of your accounts. You can of course always open a support ticket related to your ban.

Chances are you deserved that ban, so good riddance.
You agreed to Riot's terms of service, which means you agreed to no refunds in case that happened, so you can't really complain about it.

Hey you seem like a pretty rational person, but you seem to be mistaken about two things here :)

Riot Tantram corrected you on the warning part so ill skip to the other thing you are mistaken about.

You say you deserve a Second Chance? Well you have had several chances already right? First you made a new account, which no one can stop you from doing, so your second account is a second chance. Second, you have had several chat restrictions on both accounts, those are your warning and after they are done that is your second chance. So you have had several chances and several warnings, im glad you admit you were in the wrong, but there is not issues with the system in that regard.

Don't want to beat a dead horse but I strongly recommend you read the Terms of Use since you seemed to be pretty misinformed. I know it looks like a lot of text but it only takes like 15 minutes to read which is a whole lot less time than it takes to level up a new account.

It's fine to be salty. Everyone gets passed off from time to time. JUST DON'T TYPE IT IN CHAT. Yell at your monitor if you need to or punch a pillow but there's no point wasting your time typing something that can get you banned that your teammates are most likely going to ignore anyway.

Good luck with your 3rd/4th account.

OP, what did you do wrong? What are ways that you can improve yourself? What are methods that can be taken to ensure this does not happen again? These are probably good questions to ask yourself.

You can sit here and complain about Riot, other players, and the "system" ..... or you can take this as a learning opportunity.

The reality here is that you have had 2 accounts permabanned. If you tell youself that you have done nothing wrong.....well.....nothing will change. If you are "ok" with not changing then you need to be "ok" with the status of your accounts.

You can get escalated to permabanned if you are so toxic that it is obvious the chat restrictions weren't making a difference in your behavior.
