When will the tribunal be back on? Post some ideas to help the community!!

Hey!

I want to see a community that helps make itself become more positive,

Lets post some ideas here so that we can help the tribunal become more clearer and stricter at the same time!

Here are some of mine: (Please post and Up-Vote Ideas and Modifications of your own)

1. Links in the chat that take you to a video of the 5 seconds before and after what was typed or when someone was killed

       a. This helps prevent people from getting reported only based on what was said (Because sometimes being toxic is In-Game)
       b. Players can type something like "Click here please!" so that the reader of the tribunal clicks and finds out what went wrong near that time-gap.
   

2. Getting reported by 3 or more people can immediately put you in a low-priority que

       a. Add 5 Minutes to the low-priority que for each person after 3
       b. Add another Games worth of Low priority Que for each person after 5
   

3. Getting reported 2 Games in a row immediately does not allow you to que in a ranked game for 20 minutes (to calme down)

       a. If in the tribunal the two games are infact with reason to report then they get put in low priority que for 3 days
                   i. this will greatly reduce the amount of people who would want to troll two games in a row
                  ii. This will also stop them from tilting for many days at a time, giving them time off the game so they can think about their actions.
   

4. Both users (the Reported and Reportee) are told why and what punishment was given out (Not to whom)

       a. The Reported should know what he did wrong, so that he can avoid it for his following games
       b. The Reportee should know that he is using the system correctly and perhaps even get a reward
                    i. On the other hand, the reportee gets punished for reporting 3 times without anyone actually agreeing with the report.
                               1. This prevents people who report every game
                               2. Punishment should include Low Priority Que for 3 games
                               3. If it happens more than once than they are put in low priority que for 3 days
   

IMPORTANT: Pre-game lobby reporting should be allowed so that if more than 3 people are in agreement the player in question is kicked out of lobby. The player in question should get a 5 minute Low-Priority que. If it happens repeatedly then the amount of minutes double per Lobby-Kick.
