I have noticed that this season in solo q and ranked that there is an increase in the frequency of dodgers in champion select. I mean its really annoying. It has got to the point where i have to wait up to 20 minutes just to get into a game. If riot can maybe increase like the time penalty you get for dodging then i think it may help but who knows. But one thing is for sure, its pretty frikken irritating.

I mean, if it's a Ranked game, I totally understand. However, if it's a Normals game, why dodge solely because someone wanted to try something 'out of the ordinary'? It's not like you're truly risking anything with them doing so since you aren't playing Ranked.
GoleBilon2 votesin normals there is a problem that people want their role (blind pick ) and some value waiting another 5 minutes more than playing 40 minute game as ADC. I cant understand it personally i dont give a single fuck what i play in normals because i play there just to untilt but w/e i can see their point tho.
