Personal Reporting to Riot Support?

Hey, I played twice with this incredible toxic duos and jesus the things they said and the amount of abused I received the first game with them then their poor teammates the second game were I was against them. Zero disregard for what they said and really disgusting. I have screen shots of what they said in post-game chat. People like this should not be allowed to play this game and I want to personally submit this for riot to review.
