was logged out of client immediatly following a game and when i went back to log on it said my account had been suspended for two weeks and to check my email for more details. well its been 7 plus hours since ive been banned and i have yet to recieve an email eplaining what i did. i also submitted a support ticket to riot which hasnt been replied to in 6 plus hours. i would like to know what i did riot or unban my account like seriously what the hell.

To be fair something like that should be obvious. If all we need to do is check your match history that quickly it should be plainly obvious as to why you are ban. With that said they do need to improve on this. They are still using the older system with bans and it's obvious they need to improve when banning people for trolling/intentionally feeding.
Make sure your email is valid and check youir spam/junk folder. It may take a day or so to come through though in some cases. You can make a support ticket just in case if you want.
