Trolls in League

Now, I had lost a few games in a row so dodging or losing this game would cause me to get demoted. Because of this, I was annoyed and I fell into the trap of responding to the trolls. I hope people see this and something can be done.
What happened pre-game: Now when champ select loaded one of the trolls, I assume, got auto filled to support. ( there were two of them Troll 1 [landed in support role], and Troll 2 [landed in jg]) now he was first pick and he locked in Jihn the champ our adc had hovered. He then said pick me karma. this was without being asked to trade or even if the other guy even had karma, which he didn't. Now all of my normal picks were banned so I picked on hit tf which i had practiced in normals and had good success with (i only have 20 champions). Now our adc ended up locking in oriana to trade with the support but he refused trade saying he would dodge. The other troll decided to lock in Mf and then took ignite insted of smite. our person who was supposed to be mid locked in Caitlyn but she said she would go mid. Now knowing that jungle tf was kind of a thing (look up UOL vs TSM) I grabbed smite thinking that If it did go through we might still be able to pull off a win. Now as you might of guessed the troll who said he would dodge didn't.
Analisis of pregame: Now at this point, you can see not only were these trolls aiming to ruin 3 peoples games but they had a plan to keep us from dodging. ( I never dodge anyways my logic being that in low mmr any game is winable) now I think that these guys troll whenever they don't get whatever roles they want I looked at their opgg after the game and they have a 20% win rate togeather and looking at their losses you see them doing similar things to other teams ie going cass bot and dubble jungle.
What happened in the game: Now in game they both went top so i decided to jungle. I cleared blue then gwomp but no one went mid. Our mid laner went bot with Oriana. So I cleared mid pushed the wave into the enemy tower and then cleared red buff then went back mid. I ended up dying to Fizz when he dove me but he died aswell. Now the game started to go south from here the top lane left top and started following our bot around now this worked a bit because they got kills but the enemy team was pushing towers when they went bot shen was pushing top hard so I ulted top to stop him. now I held him off but then fizz roamed top and dove me under tower. now while the trolls were following the others around I tried to save the towers and was unsuccessful. Now I played poorly i understand but when this kind of stuff happens to you it drives you to insanity. the top lane then tried to pin it all on me and say I admitted to trolling and that the enemy team all needed to report me. They then started to say they were in their promos and play the victim card now you can look at the chat and see the holes in their story because you can see both sides but the enemy team couldn't and they seemed to believe the trolls when they blamed it all on me idk. This continued for the rest of the game and I played worse and worse as the game went on.
Analisis of the game: They wanted not only to make us lose lp but they tried their hardest to get me banned.
Post game: Now after the game, they continued with their charade for a bit but then I said that I was recording the whole thing and then they were all like mike pence and Govoner walker would do away with people like me. (I think they are saying I am gay and should die or go through electroshock therapy or something)
Now I know I am a shit player but I try to get better but I find it so hard to play this game when people like this harass you at every turn. don't get me wrong there are times when my team carries me so I am not saying that Oh I should be super high elo or something I am merely saying that people like this makes any work futile. I learned nothing from that game. absolutely nothing. I didn't have fun and just ended up frustrated. (actually, I kinda learned that I need more self control) I don't know how to react when this happens Please Help Me.
