Please unban my acc. I was helping a team mate out because the enemy team was talking smack about my team mate so I had to help him. Sorry for my language and my txoicness.

Did your "help" take the form of toxic behavior? If so it is not helping your teammate, but rather retaliating with your own toxic behavior. That is unacceptable behavior, and not an excuse to break the rules. I'm afraid the account will remained banned.

He said some harsh words to my team mates i only used it back at him. I didnt report him because i forgot about it. I muted them after saying those back. Please unban

That is not something that Riot will overturn. Toxic behavior is not allowed, even if someone else did it first.

Players can just make new accounts and play again so might as well unban. Am i right

Losing your champion unlock progression, any purchased content, and any unlocked skins is part of the punishment, so no, unbanning someone is not the same as making a new account.
