Custom Skins????

Are custom skins allowed? Wooxy has an amazing program khazix skin. i currently don't own khazix so i have no need to try it. The real question is.... Will I get banned for using this?? are there any programs that do not break the terms of service for custom skins???

Keep in mind that this is talking specifically about the custom skins themselves. Programs that provide custom skins can still be forbidden, if they also provide other features, regardless of whether or not you use those features. I believe(!!!) Wooxy is fine, but it's probably a good idea to search around the forums to be more certain.

Custom skins can gain you an advantage. Imagine one that makes an enemy champ BRIGHT RED. Makes them easier to see. Stay away from third-party programs that impact actual play and audio/visuals.

so it not allowed? i thought it was allowed. because it doesnt change anything but on my side and the gives me no advantage. i dont see how a color change gives you an advantage. is there an actual riot person that can comment on this?

Then you didn't read what I said. Imagine if Twitch were BRIGHT RED. You'd see him the instant he showed up on screen out of his invisibility. That would be a disadvanatage to him. Maybe only half a second or something of disadvantage, but that's enough to matter. Some of the normal skins are even disallowed in professional play for reasons like you'll find in this thread:

So... imagine how they feel about letting any player alter skins however they want.
