There should be a change to ranked solo Q requirements

Due to the high amount of AFK/rage quit, toxic, and intentional feeders, there should be new requirements made to play ranked solo q. I suggest that players must be at least on a minimum of a Gold ranked 3 or 5 person team and have had enough active points on that team so that players couldn't just join a higher ranking team without having contributed to the rank they hold. Bronze and Silver solo q, the way it is now holds the worst experience any player can go through in this game and makes it almost pure luck to move up if you don't know enough people to group up with, and some people get carried to higher ranks that don't belong there from not having the skills needed to be there to begin with. I have seen for example, some Bronze and Silver players that have been better than some Gold and Plat but since they don't get the luck of getting enough players that don't become problems, they never get placed where they should belong or just takes them forever and deserve better than the hell they have to go through moving up. Being on a set Gold or higher team should mean the players have started to learn how to work as a team and the main do's and don'ts that it takes to win and the quality of the matches should go up afterwards. No PvP will ever be perfect, but there can be ways to lessen the problems and make it more enjoyable and worthwhile to play. Finding the right nerfs and buffs on champs, keep dreaming, it will never happen in any multi player game PERIOD lol
