Permanent Ban

I was banned on this account while playing league of legends for disregarding the rules. After continuous punishments by the system I did not heed the warnings and continued the toxic behavior. This was my first ever league of legends account from season 3 and I was banned around October of 2017, as some time has passed I began a new account and rethought my strategy and learned to process my emotions and not engage in disruptive behavior. I understand that I deserve the punishment, and that what I did was wrong. So I would like to apologize to the community for anyone that has had contact with my toxicity.

At the end of the day I know that the rules are there to provide a fun and enjoyable game without toxicity. I continue to enjoy the game and control my anger on a new fresh account and at the same time improve my skill. I would like to know though, if there is anything possible that I could do to regain my account and move forward. I had many champions unlocked and countless hours spent playing enjoying the game. If there is anything I can do, I would love to know.
