How do you not tilt and toxic?

This is a serious question.

How do you not tilt when your support repeatedly get's hooked by the most predictable Pyke hooks ever? How do you stop yourself from insulting the most low IQ players you have ever played with? Like are they even human? How can players be THIS fucking dog-shit at something? Why are you even in ranked? Every game I get fiddlestick support or level 2 Rakan's when I'm already level 4 because he's so fucking garbage he manages to die twice on a freeze lane in less than 90 second.

I legit feel hurt when I see somebody being willfully bad. It's ok to fuck up and have bad games but these aren't bad games. These are average games for these dogshit players because every game they play is this bad.

Please teach me how to stop giving a fuck as I literally see my lp evaporate as my mid zed dies solo for the 4th time in 6 minutes to a lux.

It hurts me when you play like dog shit and It makes me want to hurt you back by calling you names.

UPDATE :

Hey I just lost another game where Olaf went 7/0 in around 10 minutes.

He somehow managed to fucking kill our kennen who was facing a GP 3 times in around 3 minutes.

Oh and guess who our mid was?

AP nasus, obviously also another dog-shit feeder.

Easy, EVERYONE starts some where , and a bad game is a bad game, just give constructive feedback, like, can you try to hold back, or play safe and stay behind me , be a friendly teammate

How exactly aren't they bad games? Unless they sre intentionally doing it, it is probably a bad game. I also am not going to simply take your word of "it is intentional" because you are biased and tilted.

In response to the question though there are a few things that may help (results may vary): Keep water near you. Drink when you get upset. Speak out loud. You can physically say anything out loud and not be punished. Remind yourself it is a game and you can't control your team, just yourself. Take a break after a rough game. The gamblers mentality is a bad one to have.

Zone and trade the shit out of the enemy and teach them a lesson for hooking your support.

Have a child, get fat and old. Because when you have no time and more important things to worry about, shitty lol teammates won't phase you at all.

Every morning I start my day with a 15 minutes meditation session. Followed by a stretch and warm up. Always eat a healthy breakfast. Then I have about 12 hours of work, where I can squeeze in a game or two of league. In the summer, lunch time I go for a hike with my dog since she comes to work with me its quite easy, usually about 4 KM. I go to the park after dinner to get my dog and me some social time. Then at night when I'm all fueled up I rank!

Games can be frustrating, it is not supposed to be easy, but with my iron regime I have not been tilted easily and 0 rage outs this whole season. (I seem to make my opponent tilt more now too!) As a result, I was able to climb an entire tier. Also on my way back to being honourable! I'd say its working for me, feel free to use it or modify to your style. It's just sad if you don't have a furry companion, best thing ever.

Don't type. Just scream at your screen.
