Perma banned without a reason

Hi, my summoner name is Renku and i'm permabanned for no reason.

I used to play in Turkey 1 week ago but I decided to move to North america because I moved to Canada, Quebec.

I played around 120 ranked in 1 weeĸ, trying to climb to Master again but suddenly I resived an email saying that i'm banned for 14 days with no reason.

They just send me a message on my MAIL saying ''Actions that have been performed on your account are in violation of the League of Legends ''

But 2 days later, I tried to login again on my account and suddenly I've been permanently banned, 12 days before I finished my 14 days suspention.

I still trying to figure it out why they banned me, I know it's not because of toxicity, because I dont flame!

What should I do? Can someone help me to resolve my problem?

I have 250 skins all champs 20 runes pages etc...
