Increasing Toxicity

As of late, I have begun to notice a reasonably large amount of toxic behaviours over a few games (around 10 normal and ranked). From intentional feeders to toxic carries, it really is hard to see "fun" in this game besides playing with friends and joking over the insults. It could be just a bad run of luck, but it's really depressing seeing this much out on the rift. I was really hoping that it might be due to another 'Tyler1' thing and hopefully dissipate, but I'm not seeing it. I played this game for quite a while now, seeing winter rift for the first time and it's new glorified self. During my starting days, I've only seen a couple of toxic/feeders every so often. However, as I played more often and as the game grew older, so did the amount of toxic behaviours (feeding not as much). As much as I love this game and how it evolves, I can't seem to find any "fun" in a community that only seems to be getting worse. So much, that I couldn't let another moment pass by without say. I wish to look one day and see a game with a great community the supports and brightens the game for everyone (I miss Team Fortress 2's community). While toxicity may not be something that can't be totally erased, I ask...No, beg for everyone reading to help brighten the community or at the least not drag it down anymore then it already is. The community for Leauge of Legends is already known to be one of the biggest and worst, but I can see a change that can hopefully turn it into another sign of hope in the vast darkness. So as a player that wants to understand the tribunal system a little more than the general (afk, hate speech, offensive, etc.) to help add suggestions, can you help me out? As of right now, I see the system as reports being sent in for inspection, looked through quickly due to the vast majority of the games out there, and if anything matches what shouldn't be in Leauge, you get a penalty. I'm not too sure how the server itself and manual game inspections go, but I do see it happening (scrolling through random forums). I want to do all I can to help. As for the non-rioter people helping me with the tribunal, what are your thoughts on the game's community and how do you think the community can improve? I would love to know the thoughts and ideas of the people I play with. Thank you for the time reading this!
