Suspended for Scripting?

Alright guys! For the past two weeks I haven't been able to post because I was in a different country. Anyways, I have been permanently suspended according to a email I received five days ago. However, I have not played league in nearly a month other than 1 custom game I played at a airport. So I send riot a support ticket , but they always give the same response that I have been cheating or using SCRIPTS. Anyone can check my replay.gg I have never used scripts before as you can see in the games. I believe this ban was because I played a custom game at an airport and I even told riot, but they just keep giving the exact same response. I really hope an actual riot employee who gives a shit about their customer responds.
