"Why are you full of shit? first why dafuq do i get punished for being flamed, and telling the enemy team to reprot this person, second why dafuq can i not answer back to someone that is telling me that my family should die?, third why dafuq do i get reproted when we are in the end of the fucking season? fourth why the fuck am i getting reported for ur dumb system which a player decides that i should be suspended, fix ur fucking shitty system, stop going for the money , this used to be a fun game, now all u do is punish fun, am i suppose to just stay in a game where im being told to die? and where repeatedly i get ironic comentaries saying "ops u died big surprise"? am i well then go fuck yourselfs , not the guy who sees/read this message the person who made a dumb system that makes and yes i sais makes people whish they stop playing , cause all i see is flamers literally this was my 4 promo game and in every game i got someone flaming me, why dafuq do i have to keep playing if the game is punishing me by wanting to play? plz freackign explain that.

and dont fucking send me a bs bot written message, who ever fucking writes this explain to me without bullshit why i get reported for telling someone to stop flaming when they are literally telling me to go kill myself and die and why dafuq cant i leave in those situations?"

this is the ticket i sent riot, i am mad and i want an answer, tell me what u think am i right am i wrong

FYI - had this happend after the season ended i would not be making this post but since i was trying to get to a higher rank i am making this post because i think it was unfair

the logs they showed me were from 3 games and in the 2 furst games i was flamed first and i only answered back because i could not leave the game and they were saying things that deserve perment bans like talking about me and my family dying in the 3 game the adc (ashe) was flaming the game and i asked her 2 stop flaming and when she started flaming me i told the enemy team to report her

ALL I WANT IS THE OPINION OF PPL , PLZ DO NOT REMOVE THIS

DisBackForMore,

There's been a lot of good advice in this thread so far, so I really encourage you to hear it out. By all means, ignore the haters. It's okay to get angry sometimes, anyone that pretends otherwise is bullshitting you. It happens, we're human.

People who will mock you for it on these boards are not worth responding to.

To your particular issue at hand. If your comfortable, I'd encourage you to link or copy and paste the text of the chat that was sent to you for your ban. No pressure if you don't want to, but it does help others better understand where your behavior may be going wrong.

In the heat of the moment we may feel like we're justified in our actions. In our minds, it is Us Vs. the World. But other people can help us understand perspective a little bit better, and by sharing the chat you may gain insight in to your own actions.

I'm going to make an assumption in your case based off the post you made. If it's wrong; forgive me; I'm happy to adjust it based off the actual chat. (I don't have access to my tools right now so I can't view it)

You mention that other players were saying terrible things to you and that it angered you. In response, you asked them to stop. If you ended up suspended, I'm going to guess you said some mean things in response as well.

First, it's important to know that if what you said about the other players' comments is true, then that's un-excusable. Telling someone or their family members to die is NOT okay. That behavior is the kind of stuff our disciplinary systems are looking out for. You. I and everyone else in League shouldn't have to deal with that, so it's important that we report it after the end of the game when we see it.

But if you respond to that level of toxicity from others with your own toxicity, then you're not helping the situation at hand. You're not helping yourself, you're not helping your team. You're not going to get the other people to stop (You'll probably encourage them by feeding them information).

If anything, you're likely to hurt yourself and your team. Let's take a hypothetical game where you are playing Ranked Queue on Summoner's Rift. There are five players on the team, including you.

You Player 2 Player 3 Player 4 Player 5

10 minutes in, Player 2 says really nasty things to you.

15 minutes in Player 5 says really nasty things to you.

You snap. You've been playing 15 minutes of this game, trying your hardest and now you have Player 2 and Player 5 ragging so hard on you; just tearing you a part with every insult in the book.

In retaliation you unleash a stream of your own attacks. The kind of stuff that will make your grandmother blush.

What's the end result here? At 15 minutes there were 2 toxic players in the game and 3 non-toxic players in the game. Now you've joined in, and there are 3 toxic players in the game.

Perhaps three minutes later Player 4 decides why the hell not, and they start being a jerk too. Now there are 4 toxic players.

We don't want that. You don't want that. The other players in the game don't want that.

In an alternate scenario let's say instead of unleashing on the two toxic players you muted them. There are no more insults coming from them. They're likely to give up trying to insult you (since you're not giving them the attention they want) and if they don't, then who cares! you wouldn't even know they're saying anything since they are muted. All that wasted effort on your part for them to troll you. :P

So now we have a situation where you ignored them and stopped the toxicity where it is. Two toxic players, three non-toxic players. You have the mental energy to focus on the game without their terrible comments. The other two players in the game don't have to worry about another person becoming toxic either. Best case scenario, the two toxic players get tired of their insults and start playing.

If those two toxic players don't? Well, let's be honest; that sucks. BUT now you have the trump card. You report them at the end of the game. The disciplinary systems take a look and ban them.

If they report you in retaliation? Who cares! You didn't say anything to them, so their report is disregarded.

At the end of the day; they're banned. You're not.

This is what I'd encourage you to do the next time. In the situation that led to your ban, you saw yourself a victim; BUT, you were also an aggressor by adding your own toxicity to the game, ruining it for everyone else. In the future, you can make sure you're not either by muting/ignoring toxic players and reporting them at the end.

Answer is simple; You agreed to certain rules when u made account and after every downloaded patch. If you break those rules there is no excuse. Why you commited crime is irrelevant, only important thing is that you broke rules.

If someone is flaming you: keep calm, be quiet, mute him and report after game- Thats only correct solution. Moment u flame back, u stop being a victim and u become a flamer.

Its your fault. And how is banning you "going for money". Why do you put that stupid line? They banned many players lately who paid over 300 euro. So money has little relevance.

You'd probably get a better response from Riot if you actually formed complete sentences, used proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation, and actually wrote something that flowed logically and made sense. Also, all caps makes you sound like a whiny kid who got their favorite toy taken away. I just about went crossed eyed trying to read your post.

If someone insults you in game just laugh at them. Honestly, who the fuck cares what some random stranger thinks about you. You can't stop people from being assholes, all you have control over is how you respond. You don't have to sink to their level and flame them back when they flame you.

"If you wrestle with a pig you're only going to get dirty and he's just going to enjoy it."

I suggest you read the terms of use that you agreed to. You clearly violated Riot's terms of use so they are well within their rights to punish you.

If you need more help in how to deal with toxic teammates let me know and I'll try to think of other things you can try.

Basically don't be a keyboard warrior.

Also, there isn't anything wrong with the game. I've had slipups here and there, however I haven't been banned in a LONG time (season 2 I was salty af). Banning system seems great to me.

first turn off caps lock, it makes you sound infantile Ex: you wouldn't scream your arguments into someone's ear.

second downgrade the epithets, they prevent you from being taken seriously and annoys anyone listening to you. Ex: how would an officer react to you if every third word out of your mouth was a swear.

this is no way to plead a case to a riot employee. it automatically sets them against you, and tells them that you have absolutely no intention of reforming or even understanding what it was you did wrong in their eyes.

but if if are willing to listen i will tell you what you did wrong to begin with. you met toxicity with toxicity. this is in direct violation with the summoner's code. You know the pop up after every patch that you click agree on? That means that you agree to follow all tenants of the the summoner's code and if you back on that then riot has every right to punish you however they see fit, and according to the summoner's code it's still unlawful to respond to abuse with abuse. that's all legalese but let me tell you why you're in the wrong here.

meeting toxicity with toxicity does not work. If someone starts insulting you then they don't care if you insult them back. they'll just pile on the hate, happy in the knowledge that they dragged you down to their level. Your approach doesn't solve anything. Yes it is hurtful when someone starts to abuse you but there is a correct way to respond and fix things.

keep your mouth shut, mute them, and report them at the end. that way they get punished, you can keep playing, and you'll have done a huge service to the rest of us by removing that pile off shit off the servers. Don't pretend that the report system doesn't work, it suspended you didn't it. If you can't suppress your rage then confuse their heads instead. instead of saying "die muthefker" say "i love you, snuffles." instead of "stop feeding f-gget" say "elephants have 5 legs," they'll be so confused they'll stop flamming just to get their heads to stop spinning.

it's like the old saying violence only begets violence.

Chill. It's difficult to read an all-caps paragraph. Not because it's illegible, but because nobody wants to read it. Please refrain from doing that and you'll get your point across more clearly and to more people.

No matter how someone else is treating you, it's never ok to get toxic back. It might make you feel better, but you're being annoying to everyone else, you're only going to make the situation worse, and you're probably going to get reported and possibly punished for it (which of course is what happened).

If someone is toxic to you, it's Riot's job to take care of them, not yours. Ask them politely to stop, and mute and report them if they don't. Retaliating will always make it worse. You might feel you are "defending" yourself, but from what? some dumbass kid that you've never seen and won't again? They aren't worth your time. Be the better person, and take pride knowing that you won't stoop down to their level.

"He started it" is a child's excuse, so please don't use it.

If someone punches you in the face, and your response is 'punch back', no one is gonna care who threw the first punch. Unless you're in direct threat to your life, you shouldn't respond. And you're not in direct threat to your life in an online video game.

Hello DisBackForMore,

My personal recommendation for you is to stop playing after a game that made you angry. Take a break, even if it's for 30 minutes to calm down. I have been in really frustrating games and I know that when I play a game immediately after, I don't perform as well. Spending 30 minutes away from the game typically resolves this.

I would also suggest that instead of responding to people who are being toxic, to ignore them, mute them, and report them at the end of the game. Typically they want you to engage in their toxic behaviour because they think it is funny. If you don't respond it will likely annoy them more than if you do respond.

If you don't engage in the toxic behaviour being directed at you, you will have no risk of getting your account suspended. Mute is your friend.

I hope your future games go better.
