Why is is that when I type something really messed up in the in game chat i get a chat ban but when I post to open mid in a game that was clearly over i get a 2 week suspension? This makes no sense to me I play the game I feed i get reported, I go and farm the whole game and not fight with my team and i get reported and banned? This to me is not fair at all that because everyone in the lobby reports me fter the game you automaticly assume that i was being toxic for wanting to move to another game. ive spent hundereds of dollar and spent countless hours playing this game and this is the way the that i get treated because a group of people all decide to report me becuase i refused to help after they wouldnt ff at 20? please give me an answer for this or give me back the money that ive dumped in this game.

Because punishments are dealt in 4 steps;

10 game chat restriction
25 game chat restriction
14 day account ban
Permanent account ban

If you are consistently negative/toxic, it doesn't matter what you do that pushes you over the limit to a punishment it will move to the next step (in the most severe cases you can skip steps). It takes 3 months for your punishment tier to drop down by one. No amount of game time or money spent gives you immunity to the rules.

It sounds like you are intentionally griefing your teams by not participating.

You're not supposed to farm the entire game. This from a person who is big on buying all the items I need to make my attacks strong before I start player fighting. Granted, I have ignored team fights when my own team makes wonderful comments like "u suck," "you can die," or cusses me out. But it's rare for that to resort to that kind of thing.

The time and money spent on the game is not a factor. If Riot feels like your actions require punishment, you will be.

You got temp banned because it's an escalating system. You've used up your 2 chat restrictions and now your 1 temp ban.

Your next and final stop will be a permanent ban to your account and that won't be reversed. Ever.

How much money you dump into the game doesn't allow you to circumvent the rules and be a dickhead on the Rift without consequence. You're held to the same rules as someone who spends $0.00, and you'll never get the money back as you already agreed to in the Terms of Service you've been ignoring.

You are not going to get your money back, you agreed to the ToS and Riot is able to suspend your account if you break it. Also, its a two week suspension, not permanent. What was your reform card btw? Please post it so we know what we are dealing with, and hopefully you will know what to do differently after the suspension ends.

team game. the surrender is somewhat like democracy. the majority wins. if you surrender and 1 or 2 people flame because they didnt want to then they are in the wrong. majority rules. dont be an ass
