I didn't leave riots clients sound went off and my computer froze after trying to fix it. 2 the banning system is also broken AF try looking at what everyone said instead of just some stupid nerds report that just yanked it to anime girls. everyone says crap not just one. Please Riot making me hate my favorite game. thats whats making me angry.
If your computer froze and it was caused by the League client, you need to reinstall it. You might also need to update, reinstall, or roll back your video drivers.
Leaver Buster is not broken if it put you in low priority queue for that. Leaving a match is the same whether you did it intentionally or not. Instead of just sitting around looking for people to blame, try to fix the problem.
Kid I Will Dodge my ranked matches purposely now If i see

Everyone dc's, lags, or their computer dies. Its just part of life and League. Imagine hiring people to read through EVERY SINGLE CHAT that someone filed a report in.... not gonna happen. Yes, everyone is salty every so often, but it sounds to me like you were just being plain out mean. There are some people who are judgemental, jelly, competetive, and care 2 much. If you don't wanna get reported just be encouraging and/or keep your mouth shut. I srsly doubt Riot will change their system due to one complaint by one person who couldn't write the report above a 4th grade level. I know this is casual but you want us to undestand you and keep some dignity. You also may have mean't to post this to create a "petition" if you will. But I doubt that because you woulda said something like, "Like this if you agree with me and Riot should change the system". Just toughen up and strap on a pair. Riot gives everyone problems, and so does life. You gotta deal and keep moving. This is a nothing deal, just whining.
