What's the stance about discussing permanently banned situations?
Are we allowed to get into details about reasons or appeals? Or are we supposed to keep it hush hush? Trying not to get myself into hot water again. Thanks in advance.

To the best of my knowledge, you are allowed to discuss anything regarding your specific case, provided it does not list details of another player (i.e. no naming-and-shaming). You are allowed to post transcripts of your tickets with Player Support, though some people do prefer to remove the name of the specific Support Specialist. There are many threads here where people discuss potential reasons for a ban, as well as suggestions for how to interact with Support.
