I was yasuo top lvl 7 and enemy team had afk she came lvl 3 and died so they started saying report yasuo abusing dc they were 4 premade they repoted me and i got chat ban okay nice. I mean its fair right ?

I'd bet any amount of money that this isn't the whole story.
4 reports = 1 report. Premades do not matter. You were probably already on thin ice from past reports / behavior.
Would you care to share your chat logs that you received?
If you didn't say anything that could lead to a punishment then you should send in a support ticket.

It's very simple really. If you didn't break any rules then you won't get punished.
Everyone must try to understand that although Riot has and will mess up, The vast majority of times it is the player themselves unwilling or unable to accept punishment.
Now, if you care to put up your full logs and interactions and I find that Riot is wrong I will come on here everyday and support you. If you just want sympathy with no proof ...your choice friend and gl
Did you say anything in the chat? If not then that means RITO can't even make a good system.
