Apparently banned permanently

So, i had gotten a 14 day suspension, no big deal, but after 12 days to check my chat logs again, apparently i got a message which said that i was permanently banned... WHAT?!?! Does anyone know why this happened??? Should i consult riot? I made a mistake in a game after receiving toxic comments from enemy team which tilted me so i responded back, i know this isn't acceptable but it isn't exactly hard to resist when you are diagnosed with certain things and you can't have fun in a game because of a certain mechanic/player. So what exactly was the reason to my ban??? (Link is from a discussion i made mere minutes after my suspension)

It is possible for two punishments to land one right after the other if you're a particularly bad case - i.e. you say a zero tolerance word in two games, are reported in both, the first game hits and you get a 2 week, you log out, meanwhile the second game has hit, and you come back to a perma.

You'd really need to post the chatlog on the screen, though, for us to be sure.

If you were punished additionally while already serving a 14 day ban, you should contact Riot Support. Normally they will remove the perma in that case so you might have a chance to show the 14 day ban changed you.

Open up a support ticket, this usually doesn't happen and they usually don't stack on top of 14 day temp bans during the 14 days.

Usually, if you have reports pending that get addressed during the 14 day temp ban period, you're just given the 14 day temp ban only and let you have a chance to reform after your temp ban instead of going straight to permaban.

I have seen on occasion on the forums where someone has many many punishments and that their posted punishment wasn't the first time they got the 14 day temp ban and they were a recidivist and Riot didn't remove the punishment because there were so many punishments on record already.

Open a ticket, man. You shouldn't be getting permabanned before your 14-day suspension is up. Try to keep your cool in the future.
