so everytime i g into the tribunal its always down for maintenance and i have concerns which i feel i had been wrongly punished over in which i feel i should be allowed to state my case of s called toxic behavior to the tribunal and also you all need to understand what toxic behavior is sense nothing of what i said was toxic, it was more a matter of fact, and fyi you have players, one of which i do know of who are on the tribunal and playing games trolling players who get reported s he can laugh at them, i dont know who he is in the tribunal but he did play brand in my game and i was unable to finish a report about his toxic behavior along with the annie in that last game i had that were blaming me for everything in which i didnt do anything wrong and i didnt say anything wrong other then put the facts on the table.

considering the facts i will clear it up, i did say "im done and not helping anyone anymore, until i get fed enough to do something", becuz i was really behind at the time. also when i get blamed or not helping when in fact i was helping but yet that so called annie and brand wouldnt stay in a fight with me and the braum because we had a rage quiter, so instead of just playing out the game and trying to win a 4v5 not only do they condone the actins of a rage quiting twitch that was out of the game for over 20min but they opt to report me and not anything else

yes responding to them isnt necessarily the right move, but when you know the facts and you lay them out to prove a point, you shouldt be punished for it since there was nothing wrong done by you but the others being toxic, also you shouldnt have any punishments until you log out so you may finish reporting the players who were really the bad ones in the group

this is a formal protest and i wish to straighten this out with the tribunal members that oversaw this aswell as riot since i believe of i was wrongly punished and discriminated againest in this process, which is againest the tos, the summners code and the tribunals code as well

Tribunal voting is down right now while they work on its improvement, which we should be getting next year.

In its place are the automatic systems, which work far more than toxic people want to believe. Verbal Abuse reports get your chat logs scanned before a punishment is given.

If you think you were punished in error, you can submit a Support Ticket.

Fact: Retaliation of any nature for any cause isn't excusable and is grounds for punishment.

Tribunal has been down for over a year now; it's an automated process now that parses your chat logs for verbal abuse following reports, and if enough reports are received - punishment follows

There are no tribunal members to straighten anything out with as previously mentioned, tribunal doesn't exist anymore. This is an automated system that takes reports from your peers, and punishes accordingly.

Fact is in the eyes of the beholder stating "You didn't say anything that wasn't a matter of fact" is purely a matter of your own opinion. Post your chat logs, and see what the community thinks about your "Truth".

In the end no one here can help you, submit a ticket, and hope - but don't hold onto the hope.

FYI this is a protest over the forums, its not about automated systems, (which are actually really bad and work far less often then you claim since i am proof of that when the automated system, has in fact in the past suspended me for saying these exact words "Can we not fight and just play the game and have fun", and you call that working better then how the system works normally), its about protesting the riots way of selecting fair members for the tribunal, which they dont do in good fashion, thats exactly what it is about and that is why it is on the forums not in a ticket becuz its not that i was unfairly punished, which in alot of cases i was, its about alerting those who play the game about how bad things are with a system that doesnt work nearly as well as anyone thinks does.

well there are those that say it when it isnt true, but when you play with players like i do and they lose every team fight until you can join them and you start winning them, then its not true when you come right out and say to them in post game that if they would of stayed grouped with you when you were in those groups with you then you would have a chance at winning that game instead of losing, that is why it is a formal protest.

and fyi i bet anything you are one of the many players that contradict the facts in a game instead of taking responsiblitiy for what you did wrong.

some advice for you, dont rage on my post about a formal protest of the tribunal system since it all needs to be fixed anyway
