i know how to fix this trolling problem you guys let persist

  1. anyone that has more word per min than action per min, gets flagged
  2. anyone that has a lower cs score then the support, gets flagged
  3. anyone that types in chat that they are "gonna troll" or start cussing anyone out or blames anyone for their death, gets flagged
  4. anyone with a kda ratio worse then 0:5, gets flagged
  5. anyone that builds item that are nowhere close to their item build path. (a hard adc building ap, etc etc.) gets flagged
  6. anyone with below avg. action per min, like double the amount under avg. gets flagged (that means that now you have to take notes of all players, oh wait you already gather stats on everyone)
  7. anyone that dies more than 7 times in 10 mins gets flagged
  8. anyone that leaves a match after 3 mins

now when a player is flagged by your system more then 3 times what i need to you do is make a database and now hold these players responsible for their lack of skill, and either ban them from ranked play and make them go back to bots and learn by playing 20+ matches or ban the account for collecting those flags or ban the account out right. And then make it able for everyone to see that they are playing with a flagged troll. then if they do get past your system and troll and team, make the match null and void and the only person to lose lp is the troll and everyone get 5 lp for having to play a match with a troll, so the other team doesn't benefit and in turn makes people on both teams report the trolls. just like if someone leaves or does not connect at the start of the match. because iron is just a fucking cesspool of trolls, and it is not fair for anyone to have to play with a troll when they and the rest of the team are trying and playing their best. and i know it only gets worse the higher up you go but if everyone has to sign a contract to agree not to be a piece of shit and troll before they play ranked then its up you guys to enforce that and make the play environment better for everyone. because what you are doing is running this game like trump is running the country, right into the ground and profiting from saltiness that you let breed in match because to be honest you guys don't care about giving everyone that plays the best moba experience. i mean that is why you ripped of dota, right? to make it better? cause if not then you guys are just as bad as the bootleggers at the flea market that sell you shit dvd's of new movies still in theaters. look i'm not asking for the world or for you to make the game easier, i just want you to flag those that ruin the game like the world flags people that touch kids in the wrong way. that's all, i know it's not that hard. so how about stop making new skins and focus on the real issue, stopping trolls and allowing everyone to have a fun and fair game. look all just say this, all the clones out have a way to stop trolls but you guys like you guys want people to hate each other. so i ask you, to make the game better for everyone by just taking care of the troll problem. do it and i bet you will get more players and people spending money on these skins you try hawking off on players......

  1. this have nothing with trolling, trolling is not talking most of the time.

  2. support takes all cs. everyone flagged, also again have nothing with trolling, more like being extremly garbage

  3. this fall under toxic chat/flaming , not trolling.

  4. this punish the bad, in fact it give trolls a tool to troll with tahm by eating and throwing allies at enemys.

  5. will we have to set standards here and weird builds are sometimes meta (cough neeko on hit cough)

you pretty much did 0 shit for trolls you are not targeting trolls at all this sound more like (stop ppl from being bad) then it is to stop real trolling.

Define action. Moving is an action. So easily avoidable.

Good way to get trolls in the support role. They will farm instead. Maybe someone just doesn't farm well.

Yes the feast or famine champion is now labeled trolling and you trying to learn a new champ is punishable.

I remember how when I was hardstuck bronze5, I even have trouble against intermediate bots. So you telling me tô play 20 games of bots won't get me better at the game.

I only started getting better after understanding importance of CS and objectives. Which I learnt from actually reading these forums.

You have about 13 games in March alone with .5 KDA or less. That's kills and assists divided by deaths, to be clear. You'd likely deserve a ban under your proposed changes. You also have a ton of off-meta builds in your past month's match histor: I see a full-tank Vlad, a full-shield Lux, a full-tank Hecarim, an Ohmwrecker support Pantheon, on-hit pantheon, tank pantheon, etc.

I don't know what was said that Periscope felt the need to remove, but that aside, this thread strikes me as you simply lashing out against teammates you blame for your losses. There's really not much discussion value to be had. You're just as prone to bad games or atypical, off-meta builds as anybody else.
