RIOT DON'T GIVE A **** ABOUT MY REPORT FOR TOXIC PLAYER

I have played league for at least 2 years and I have reported some players that is toxic or giving up( mostly toxic ) and after I report them, I wouldn't receive any message for what they do to the player and I see no punish for toxic player, that makes me have to be mute them or being toxic to them too. That is one of the reason why there is less new player for league than before.
