Hi first, i'm french so my english isn't the best , my account has been ban when i was young, i was over reacting and i was raging like every game ahah , but now i'm more mature and i really want to play with my friends , on this account i'm Level 30 so i'm able to do ranked game , and if i create a new one i will be level 1 and i will need to restart everythings and we all know that it's very long to get ip for buying everything , i would like to get my account back because i bought skins of my favorite champ on it, like it's already wasted money and i don't want to waste lot more on it ahah , so yeah i would like to get my account back to get fun and play with my friends, I repeat i know but i really want it back and i really want to play with them :) Thank you very much if you read that and if you try to help me out :) -MrScoopez

Unfortunately for you, you will not be getting your account back. Riot does not reverse permanent bans unless there was some form of error in issuing them, and based on what you said in your post, that does not seem to be the case. If you wish to continue playing, the only option you have is to create another account, but you will not get your old account back.

Plenty of people put money into their now banned accounts, that has no basis on getting it back though. Unfortunately permanent bans are just that, permanent. getting from 1-30 now takes about half as long as it used to though, so if you want to play again, it shouldn't take too long to get back up there. I think it's around 150 games now.

Nah, deal with it. No one cares if you put money into it.

In the Terms of Service that everyone agrees to to play, Riot states that you don't actually own any content you buy, it's just permanently accessible by you and that they are under no obligation to provide you with any consolation should you lose your account. In other words, you signed an agreement that acknowledges that you won't be compensated for any money you spend.
