If a player is being a straight arse outside of the game, let's say in lobby chat or in a chat box by accidentally accepting the said players friend request can you report them in a ticket or something if you screen shot these events?

Recent studies have also shown that your friends who are more prone to using profanity, are usually seen as more trustworthy and honest than those that do not.

I have had about 10 games over the past week that people have been toxic, spouting death threats and other sorts of things and riot has not done a god damn thing to them. The system is a total joke right now, and the fact that the system doesn't even let you know unless it was YOUR PERSONAL REPORT that was the last straw, means that you have no clue how your reports are weighed..

It could just be a cultural thing. Like for instance my friends from chicago always sound like they are insulting each other, this would not fly with my friends from the west coast or south east who don't understand things like sarcasm and such.
