Just a quick rant on the state of Low Elo League of legends

Just wanted to do a quick rant.I been playing league since season 4 non stop i probably have 3k hours or sth and my main is diamond 5 atm.I went into my smurf to play some games and the games were around silver gold elo. To my surprise the 8 games i played were all with guys flaming eachother and running it down mid.These people would all agree to just stop playing if they died more than once.They wouldnt even report eachother they would all agree that there is no point in playing and keep in mind this is a ranked game.And the strangest thing is people dont even get banned for it one guy said hes been inting 8 games in a row (i even checked his op gg it was 10 games in a row in which if he died 2 times in lane he would just run it down) so i do think that lower elo doesnt get punished as much as higher elo because of the report system cause it is just bots checking your reports and deciding that after a specific number you get banned.

I just wanted to bring quick light to what the state is in lower elo and that if we dont change sth these people might become the whole community.
