leaving for false reports

I will say the effectiveness of ticket submission seems to be very small. I've done some small investigations to gather statistics on the effectiveness of my tickets where I provided evidence that a summoner had done something abhorrently wrong and I have yet to see any actual results from ticket submissions. (I don't witch hunt, this was strictly to satiate my own curiosity.) Things like death threats, open admission to intentional feeding were what I submitted tickets for and those players are still intentionally feeding in most games (3 tears type). So I think they may not really have the resources to do anything at all. They seem to be there to establish public relations and keep the peace by making you feel heard. I'd say they aren't particularly bad people, they just don't follow through on much, possibly because of the volume of requests.
