Is there a way to email riot about a screenshot of someone holding a role hostage and making someone dodge? Dude picked kindred with smite when his role was mid. Remember seeing Gosu temp banned for a similar action, just hoping this dude can be punished
well.. there's nothing saying that a kindred mid can't use smite.
But if you wish, you can send that screenshot to support.riotgames.com -> general game question -> account management or something like that.

I'm assuming this is a ranked match? Unfortunately, if you dodge, I don't think you have the ability to report. But if you play the match out, and the person is actually going somewhere other than their lane, or taking that into their lane and intentionally feeding with it, you can report them using the system. It's not unheard of for someone to take smite into the top lane. Perhaps the player just wanted to try a red smite roaming kindred mid. Can't say that I would necessarily want to see it in one of my matches, but well, that's why there's a category for griefing and inting.
I don't see a problem with it. I do it occasionally when I pick fill. I pick fill because I don't want to wait forever for the roll I want to play. So I fill whatever roll I want. If anyone has a problem with that they are free to dodge.
