I have been banned because a player convinced everyone to report me for feeding but it was all that players fault. He didnt leash me and told everyone not to i think they were friends and when he asked for gank he would leave and let me die which wasnt fair and now im banned and its new years and i really want to start playing before exams so please help me out.

If the ban was actually because you were toxic in chat, then you're probably screwed. Behavioral bans are never lifted unless issued in error.
You might be screwed if the ban was for feeding, but if you truly weren't, you might be able to make your case in a support ticket.
You also may have an indefinite suspension on your account due to a security compromise, which will be lifted once you prove that you're you.
Any way you slice it, you probably need to submit a support ticket to figure out exactly why you're banned.
