Is there a way to file a report with Riot when someone harasses after a match?
I would like to file a complaint against a player, but I want to take the most direct avenue. Thanks.

Snapshot and tickets.
Then block him.
Report him with the category of harassment, then type a note about the pre/post game chat in the report.
