hi , once i was searching for RPG game found LOL, it was under RPG / strategy / war/ ... category, i said cool lets try this game , then after all these games , i see pll ( specialy the feeders and fails ) keep saying , chill out man why flame its just a game . in my opinion RPG /startgey/ war games are made to thrill, action ,suspense, intense , but never knew its for CHILLOUT , and stress freeing games. how can my type of gamers explain those super relaxed calm high ppl that its not cool to lose a RPG game, its just not fun , how can we explain that this is not luck game , card game , its not dice game , to tell ppl ohh its ok bud GL next game, when u fail the only job u had as jungler for example , its ok lee u missed 90 % of ur Q s and u just ganked 2 times while we were dead at bot , and u gave 2 kills by that ganks , then u say its ok bud its just a game. i suggest those who stay calm at RPG games leave us alone and try some chill out easy going games like dora the explorer or candy crush... oh almost forgot , these "calm " " chill out " ppl report u for flame , coz they want to u chill at RPG game , so what he had 1-9 score , no need for flame , 1-9 jungler and i must go play a violin or the phonograph plays bethoven .... its just like that simple for them. my question is : am i on the wrong game or those "calm" ppl really r on wrong game? srry folr the long msg here's a cookie item 2052

Yes, league can be a stressful game. And yes, we all want to win.

However - and I am speaking for myself here - I have a whole lot more important things going on in my life beside a video game. So I personally feel that when I lose a game, I am not losing anything of value. Seriously, what is losing one single game of league of legends compared to my job, my house, my significant other, my friends or even my cats?

So yeh, if I lose my cool and going to waste energy on being frustrated, I am going to do it over something that actually matters in my life. League of Legends is an enjoyable game and an interesting hobby, but at the end of the day, it's just a damn game.

Besides, in my opinion, winning is NOT the most important part of any league of legends game. It's about improving yourself, learning and growing. If you improve, the wins will come, but in the large picture, one win or loss means exactly shit if you didn't take something away from it.

{quoted}am i on the wrong game or those "calm" ppl really r on wrong game?

Neither, necessarily. It leans towards you being on the wrong game (I'll get to why later).

My suggestion, however, would be that you need to realize a few things about League, and about the mathematics of player performance.

50% of your games will be played at below your average performance level, obviously. 25% of games will be played in the bottom quartile of your performance capability. These facts sound obvious, but a lot of people don't realize what this means.

Even in a game where you're doing well, these statistics are true of everyone else on your team. It may be that three of them are doing sub-average for their normal performance. Maybe they're on a new champion. Maybe they're trying a new build.

But you know how it SUCKS when someone else is giving you shit for a game when you're just not quite playing your best? The same is true of them. It happens. Ideally League wants to match you with opponents and allies of your skill level (again -- on average. The players can and will have bad days), and that means you should EXPECT to win only 50% of your games.

If you can't accept a 50% loss rate, sometimes to play beyond your own personal control? Then, and ONLY THEN, you may be playing the wrong game.

Seriously though -- take a deep breath. Focus on improving YOUR gameplay, and don't worry if someone else is having a bad game. Losses happen. Just play your best, and, if you're really a better player than those around you, you'll rise up the ranks anyway. It's been proven by high-skill players over and over and over.

People already know It's not cool to suck and lose games. The problem is, your opponents are just like you. They're trying to outplay, they may be better, they may be worse. They don't want to lose either, but guess what? Half the players in every match lose. So I think these "calm high ppl" are just trying to tell you to chill out when you're losing, because it's gonna happen half the time you play the game.

I'm guessing you flame and berate your allies and spend time typing and taking focus away from the game? You don't have to be chill, but you also dont have to be an over emotional asshole who insults people in the middle of a strategy RPG game. Focus on strategy, and the task at hand.. not the mistakes your allies are making.

thx for the replies , they were useful but not 100 % satisfying , seems like u guys r gold + , and u have no idea how bad it is down there at silver , its taking me forever to climb from silver 4 to 3, literally forever, with all the improves for the support lane , still taking too long , from starting of current season climbed 2 lvls, forth back forth back at the same place btw about the 50% chance win thing , i have to stop there for sec , i see no 50 % , according to my game history, 4 wins in 20 played games , as support. 6 games we had afk/dced / rage quit and 10 games we had trolls/fails ( why banned my diana ill go troll ... stuff like that ) anyways im giving this 1 last shot , im changing my main lane from support to mid and ill try to carry myself and my team , lets see hows it gonna work
