I got 10 game chat restricted recently I think it was rather unfair but I cant do anything about that so I was wondering if anyone could tell me when will I be able to receive things again like the hex tech boxes etc I am asking this because I am only on a lvl 15 account and If it is a indefinite or very long time period I will be better off just making a new account.

However, if you are toxic and get reported, that number increases.

Sukishoo2 votesFrom the sounds of it, it is a pretty indefinite time. Riot has said that it just depends on the player.. so it's hard to say how long it lasts for each person.
