Got a 14 day ban with no prevoius warnings....

2 days ago i was playing a normal draft game with someone i met online first off i thought they he was a cool person so i continued to play with him. I was invited by him on discord so i joined. We went into champ select and the second he heard my voice he started saying mean stuff to me. As the game continued he was still toxic to me. At one point i made a massive mistake and i face checked a bush where i was destroyed by the enemy and i typed in chat 'im inting' i wrote this as a joke of what i have just done then that person just got fumed and started saying words that were hurtful. At that point i left the discord and continued playing. After this the enemy players said that i am the worst player ever and that i should uninstall. The ''friend'' i played with this game started messaging me on discord and he was flaming me. After the game ended i did not play with him.The message ''fizz dont gank mid and i gift u a skin'' i said that because i did not want fizz to gank that racist person.And today i got a 14 day ban for playing league of legends even thought i never got a chat ban before and i never even got a warning about my behaviour. Also i was very nice to players in other games helping them when they needed help. I had honor lvl 4 and i thought this ment im not toxic/offensive. I hope you could advise me what to do....

No offense but it really seems like you've copy pasted the chat log and conveniently cut out the parts where you were really toxic try being honest and just screenshot the chatlog and post it here

I looked through your match history to see about the first log you presented, and found one game that had a Swain, a Fizz, and a Yasuo...

Fizz and Yasuo being on your team, and Swain being on the enemy team.

Now, I could imagine that the quote "I'm inting" could have put you under suspicion and potentially resulted in the 14-day ban, which, if that were it, I'd say you should send a Support Ticket, 'cause that'd be cleared up quick.

But, there's these.

You told your teammate (Fizz) not to help another teammate, and you told your enemy that one of your teammates was headed their way.

The latter of the two is directly assisting the enemy team, and that's not something that's taken lightly.

Even if that's the wrong log, I'd personally say that a 14-day for that would be warranted. You don't try to sabotage your team's success by warning/helping the opposing team.

There isn't anything there that would warrant an instant two week ban. Did you repeat anything the Yasuo said?

Usually a 14 day ban for chat behavior with no prior punishments means that you said some things for which Riot has a zero-tolerance policy. This is normally for things like hate speech or encouraging suicide. Seeing how none of that is present, not to mention this chat alone shouldn't get you a punishment period, there's a few possibilities:

1.) You edited the chat logs and left out some obviously toxic things you said. Try not to take it too personally, but there have been plenty of people on these boards who have done this to try and get sympathy from the boards and a possible lift on their punishment. Because of this, many people aren't too trusting if they don't see anything wrong with the presented chat logs.

2.) You were given a punishment based on what you said in pre/post game chat. Unfortunately those are not able to be sent to you via a reform card, so the system just sends you the in-game chat from that game. It's also possible the system made a mistake and sent you the chat logs for the wrong game.

3.) While quite rare, it is indeed possible that the system did punish you by mistake.

If it's #1, then you're not helping yourself in any way by editing the chat logs. If it's not #1, then your best bet to figure what happened is to send in a ticket to Player Support and ask what's going on.

EDIT: Well, it looks like you were given the wrong chat logs.
