When you've been perma banned (third time now) because a premade enemy team camps your lane, talks trash, you talk trash back, but because your reports are 1v5 they just 5 man report you
So you get banned but they all five did the same if not worse back

So, let's clear some things up:
One report is the same as five reports. It doesn't matter if a premade all report you, five independent people report you, or just one person reports you. It all flags it the same for review.
You flamed. It doesn't matter if someone was trolling, feeding, flaming you, etc. You flamed. You are responsible for your own actions regardless of anyone else's actions. You are free to mute and report people whose chat you do not wish to see. You are not free to respond to it in any way you wish (including flaming).
This is the third time this has happened? Seriously, learn your lesson already.
I could understand if I was toxic numerous games, but just one? Really riot?
Ya, they usually dole out other punishments prior to the permanent ban, although they will punish you more severely for hate speech.
Also, 1 report is equal to 5 reports. After 1 report the game is reviewed. Any increase in the number of reports does not increase the likelihood of you being penalized.
This is your third perma, if I read correctly. You've now noticed a pattern where when you flame you get punished. The way to avoid this is to not flame. Mute and report. It's the way to go.
