No in game warnings, no muted games, no ranked restriction, no 3 day/2week ban. Just perma banned. Seems a little drastic. Opinions?

Riot doesn't just perma ban people for one chat log. You've been banned in the past. Don't lie.
14 day ban is the last straw before Rito hands out the perm bans. You racked up enough reports after the 14 day ban to trigger the audit of your account whether it be 1 or 20 reports from players. Clearly, you learned nothing from the prior bans and warnings.
Perma in 5 games. I think this is really not that easy to achieve congrats.

Tbh normally I hate Rito's BS excuse for a punishment system, but yeah I read your log, didn't even have trouble finding legit toxicity, not jsut "Im having a bad day" like I, and everyone else, use sometimes. You really do desrve this man sorry but you were SERIOUSLY toxic in that game, despite how muc h I hate "toxic" as a term. And this was after taking a 17-day break? hooollly shit! what must you be like when you're on a lsoing streak?
