Adding Scary/sad/ugly images to the background when waiting for a low priority queue

I had a friend that was placed on a low priority queue. I figured, while i was waiting, that it should look really sad and ugly while you being punished waiting because of your bad behavior. It is only a visual punishment, but i do think that it may look cool that when you have to wait, you have to stare at amumu crying desperatelly because he thought you were a classy summoner, with an sportmanlike attitude.
Again, it is just a simple thought, but i had curiosity about the feedback from the community about it.
